Sal was excellent. We had a buyer within hours of my listing at my asking price. He's very knowledgeable about coops and especially Hollis Court. Highly recommended and never had a problem with communicating with him. Other agents will lose interest once you sign with them. I have heard horror stories from my neighbors about others. Not Sal. He's the best.
