Sal has dedicated over a decade to the real estate industry, specializing in cooperative, residential, multifamily, condominium, and commercial sales. His unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has propelled him to build one of the region’s most respected and successful real estate teams, achieving more than $20 million in closed sales annually.

Sal’s professional success is deeply rooted in his integrity, market expertise, and ability to navigate complex transactions with precision and care. He takes pride in maintaining long-term relationships with his clients, many of whom return to him time and again for their evolving real estate needs.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Sal holds both a Bachelor of Science in Administration and a Degree in Legal Studies. He is also a Notary Public and holds a Certification in Property Management. His leadership and contributions to the industry have been recognized through several distinctions, including being named among the Long Island Board of Realtors® (LIBOR) Top 20 Agents Under 40 in 2015. Sal has also served as Treasurer (2019–2020) and Chapter Director (2017–2018) for the Northeast Queens Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors® (LIBOR).
